ALUMINIUM FLAT ROLLED
ALEU represents Ucin Aluminio. Their aluminium rolling mill, located near San Sebastian in Usurbil, Spain has a production capacity of 30,000 tons per year.
UCIN Aluminio was founded in 1967 by Mr. José María Ucín. UCIN Aluminio is dedicated to the manufacture of aluminium strips in coil and sheets.
Ucin performs the complete cycle of aluminium transformation: foundry, slab casting, hot and cold rolling, tension levelling, sltting and cutting to length.
Over 90% of UCIN’s production comes from recycled aluminium as their commitment to respect the environment.
Ucin Aluminio offer a range of 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series alloys and have the ability to produce aluminium flat rolled strip in coil and blanks up to 1,255 mm width, lengths up to 4,200 mm and thicknesses between 0.3 mm and 3.0 mm
Non-Combustible fire classification A1 to EN 13501-1
- 1000 series alloys are recommended for their corrosion resistance, good formability, weldability and conductivity.
- 3000 series alloys are recommended for their excellent resistance to atmospheric and chemical agents, higher mechanical properties than pure aluminium and good formability.
- 5000 series alloys are recommended for their moderate to high strength, excellent chemical durability, very good formability.
- 8000 series alloys have high formability,
The surface can be produced in mill finish, stucco embossed and with protective PE film or paper interleaving when required.
